
These are the terms of service of Yazur's Critters Hub in order to get a commission from us (YCH), These terms must be agreed by you (the client). Terms are accepted once the client is selected for a commission slot. Accepting these terms binds you legally.

Client Eligibility: Commission requests are accepted only from individuals aged 18 years or older. We reserve the right to request identification from individuals suspected of being minors. Any information obtained will not be stored or shared.

Project Selection: Submission of a quote does not guarantee a project slot. Projects are selected based on compatibility with our artistic style and crafting expertise.
​
Validity and Terms of Quotes: Quotes provided are non-negotiable and remain valid for 30 days. After this period, the quote will expire.
​
Color Matching Disclaimer: While we have access to a wide array of fabric colors, we cannot guarantee a perfect match to colors depicted in your reference sheet.
​
Artistic Nature of Fursuits: Each fursuit is a unique piece of art, and as such, minor imperfections such as loose threads, wrinkles, and asymmetry may occur, despite our best efforts to ensure quality craftsmanship.
​
Reference Sheet Requirements: Clients must supply a reference sheet featuring at least three different angles of their character. All reference material must be Safe for Work (SFW).
​
Right to Decline Projects: Yazur's Critters Hub reserves the right to decline any client or project at our discretion.

Deposit Requirement: To secure your project slot and enable the acquisition of necessary materials for the creation of your fursuit, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required within 24 hours of project acceptance.

Payment Plans: We do not offer payment plans at this time.
Commencement of Work: Work on your project will commence only upon receipt of 100% of the quoted amount.
Payment Methods: Our primary payment method is PayPal. We also accept bank transfers, Interac transfers, checks, and cash payments.

Communication between YCH and the client: Once we've received the full payment, work will start as soon as it is the client's project's turn in the queue. Frequent updates, such as photos and texts will be provided to the client. YCH tries to be as transparent as possible with their clients. Contact can be made via direct message on any prefered social media or directly via email.

Modifications during fabrication: If the work has begun on patterns & furring, we will not be able to go back and do modifications. If any modifications has to be made, please inform us as soon as possible. We do accept small changes up to the furring process, small changes include: eye, and ear shape, cheeks. We do not accept in any case modifications in regards to colour.

Refunds and cancellations
We understand commissionning a fursuit is a large financial commitment but should be treated with the same seriousness as any other large purchase. The client has to make sure of their financial situation before commissionning. Will try our best to work with our clients to meet their needs before a cancellation or refund is asked. Our refund policy goes as follow:
DISCLAIMER: This does not include the 25% non-refundable deposit.

Work not started & materials not purchased: 100% refund
Work not started & materials purchased: 75% refund
​
25% done - 50% refund
50% done - 25% refund
75% done - 10% refund
100% - no refund

We ask clients if they have concerns to communicate with us about a cancellation or refund instead of choosing to do a chargeback without communicating.

Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Policy Regarding Client Communication and Project Abandonment:
​
If, within a period of six months, no communication from the client is made while the product remains in the possession of the maker, whether finished or unfinished, and shipment has not been discussed, the project is deemed abandoned. In such cases, refunds will not be possible, and the slot allocated for the project will be forfeited. The suit in question will subsequently be made available for sale.
​
Should the client resume contact after a project has been classified as abandoned, it is important to note that they will not regain their slot, project status, or any previous payment made.
​
Policy Regarding Project Completion and Refunds:
​
If a suit is not completed within (1) year from the date of the final payment, the client reserves the right to request a full refund. However, this entitlement applies only if the delays are attributed to Yazur's Critters Hub and not due to factors beyond their control, such as delays caused by the client themselves or external uncontrollable circumstances.

YCH Cancellation Policy:
​
In the event of an order cancellation initiated by Yazur's Critters Hub, a full refund, inclusive of any deposit made, will be promptly issued.

SHIPPING
Shipping method: All our packages are shipped and insured using Canada post. Shipping, must be paid by the client before the package is sent out.
​
Shipping price: Shipping is calculated once the fursuit has been fully paid, boxed up and ready to be shipped to the client. We cannot give an estimate on shipping before the package has been weighted and measured.
Yazur's Critters Hub is not responsible if the product is lost or damages during shipping. It is out of our control. Please contact the carrier itself if you have any concerns or problems with delivery.

LIABILITY
In case of injury: Yazur's Critters Hub and its affiliates are not responsible for any injuries that may result from the use or wearing of our products, including but not limited to 3D-printed parts, costumes, and accessories. By purchasing and using our products, the client assumes full responsibility for any injuries or incidents that may occur.
